Owner financed MHP in rural Robeson county NC
I am looking at purchasing a MHP on 2.5 acres in rural Robeson county NC. It has 4 mobile homes (older ones) on it and 2 are currently occupied. The asking price was 98k but I negotiated it to 73k with $6250 down and $1000 per month for 8.5yrs. There is room for at least 2 maybe 4 more homes. That would be about 3500- 4k rent per month once they were in place. I know the price is a little steep. I intend to make another counter offer. This would be my very first deal. It's enticing because the owner financing. To everyone on BP, how does this look to you guys?
