I purchased (cash) a cleared with city sewage, 50 ft frontage x 100ft lot in DeRidder La. for $4500. It's not in the best of neighborhoods and I need it to make $$$. Suggestions?

Can I ask, what were you thinking...spending $4500 on a lot in a bad neighborhood with no plan to generate revenue?

I don't mean to be rude.
