Would any of you have a problem visiting a restaurant in this general location?

With a contract, you can ASK for an inspection (which is what I suspect you really wanted), but that doesn't mean unescorted nor multiple visits.

I have this language in my lease in case I later find out some one has been staying there:Tenant will not give accommodations to borders or lodgers without landlords written consent.i.Tenant agrees that giving accommodations is defined as providing living or sleeping space to a person(s) for 3 or more consecutive days. ii.Tenant may petition landlord for special guest privileges when family is visiting. iii.Tenant agrees that if Tenant gives accommodations to anyone not listed on this lease tenant will be evicted and Tenant’s security deposit will be forfeited in full. 

As Don noted, they do visit annually but I feel that they sometimes nit pick. 

I visited with one of our banks today and they laid out the monkey math they used to underwrite LOC increases.  

Of the properties I visited (about 12) I'm going to do more research and due diligence on 4.

Cost for average appraiser from a bank was about 350 ,, I hired a highly qualified appraiser that actually goes out views comps inside and out and paid 1500 for the appraisal and the difference in valuation for my property was over 250K granted it is a unique property and I had need for condemnation eminent domain legal reasons to find the best and highest value for my property.

Net of that meaning, they're going to have to deal with them in one form or another and those any issues are no longer unique to you as a buyer.

The "inspection" though however these last few times were fairly simple ten minute visits from various code enforcement individuals. 

I was told frequency can be 2 weeks 2 a year between pumping depending on use and pumping can cost $75 to $200 per visit.
