Tenant screening question

I have a tenant interested in one of my units for rent.  She mentioned that it would be her and her bf and proceeded to tell me her bf has misdemeanors and parole violation.  When I raised doubts saying that that would disqualify him, she said he has his own place and she is now thinking it will be just her on the lease.  Im sure he would come over, if not move in.  She would most likely qualify on her own, but can/should I reject her based on the bf possibly spending time there.  Like I said, originally she said it would be both of them on the lease.

If it concerns a potential tenant and you have to ask the question on BP the best answer is probably going to be "move on to another tenant". If you have no other options then that is a different situation.
