I have heard of someone I know that thought they bought a property but they really bought a parking lot.

I really liked the area near the river park mall for example, it was a neighborhood with a lot of trees and nice homes.

First we need a few landlords in Austin, Cedar Park, Leander or Round Rock.

I did a deal in Jefferson Park but with far better return.

Buying a property without getting title insurance is like buying a Rolex from some guy in a Walmart parking lot.

Hi there, I'm thinking about investing in South Florida, been looking at listings in Oakland Park where I can get a 3/2 or a 2/2 for less than $190,000 with 5% down.Wondering, does this sound like a good place to invest?
