So far I've found my deals on the MlS. With that party over for now, I'm turning to direct marketing for the first time. I read a statement here a while back where someone said about a newbie "even if they got the lead they could not close the deal". So I wonder what is you best advice/war story for sealing the deal. How do you convert leads to contracts?
