HI,I am interested in investing in ground up mobile home parks development in Florida and Texas.

Hey @Riley Poppell - Lincoln Park is prime time Chicago. 

It's similar to another park I've done well with the last year.

I bought a book about investing in parks, but have only found 1 book about building a park, which was from the late 1950's. 

Average profit on a trailer park is between 10-15 percent .

@Brian Dolbeare This is a "it depends" question for sure, but in most cases street parking is pretty common here.

They are looking to get $500K for the park. 16 of the 19 trailers are park owned homes. 

There are really two sides to the RV parks.

I do my best to keep up with it and give them reliable information, but I'd really like a routine place to check each morning so I'm giving them the best and most up-to-date information possible.
