How you describe a property in a listing can have a big impact on how a prospective buyer sees your property.

its a numbers game and somewhat a game of luck. ..the more traffic/prospects you have through the better the chance you have of getting a good tenant. 

I am trying to figure out the location to focus on, and I will really really appreciate with you can chime in.I am looking for locations with strong rental prospects, low vacancy and less crime.

I have a list of addresses that I am prospecting but they are all mailing address for the businesses but not the legal addresses that are connected to an APN number.

I've started placing prospects on a list and have been trying to track down who owns said properties/lots. 

As a begin to feel more comfortable with the prospect of becoming an investor, it seems that there are plenty of hurdles to overcome. 

Always screen prospective tenants.  

Have no shame to ask and verify the financial health of prospective partners or team/crew.

I'm 32 and don't think I'll have cash reserves + down pymt funds for another 1-2 yrs going conventional. 2) Treat this like a job interview - if 1 prospective employer passed on you you, what would you do?
