Was just thinks big about calling around to the local property management companies and was wondering if there is any advice you all can give. I am currently in the Cincinnati Ohio area and looking to buy around there, I need to find a good property management company before I move forward. Can any one point me in the direction of a Q and A sheet that I can interview companies with, or even if you know someone to recommend please share. Thanks for all of the help in advance!

Hi Nick,

I am glad you are giving it more thought. I can tell you from experience as both an investor with my own portfolio and a professional broker/PM for over 10 years, YOU CAN DO IT. If you do just a little bit of work up front to get your vendors/systems in place, set the expectations with your tenants and create a respectful/mutually beneficial relationship with your tenant, it is a breeze. I can count how many 2am calls I've received in the last 10 years on 1 hand with fingers left over. If I can be of any help, please let me know.

Good Luck!

Meg
