Use Facebook and look up the owners names.  

Our priority right now is to get our credit score in an Excellent status in the next 3 months and then we want to buy at least one Single Family or Apartment property to use as a vacation rental. 

If she's not paying rent, then it shouldn't matter at all what her family status is.

If it is the debt load, when do you figure in your global debt status or do you not do that.

It is easy to get sucked into "Marketing" the whole day and realize you have just been playing around on Facebook.
