Hi all:

My name is Michelle but everybody calls me Mika and I'm a professional photographer looking for ways to stop depending on my passion to make money.

I recently took the Rich Dad Education 3 days seminar and got really interested in the Real Estate investing market. It's extremely interesting and I reaaaaally want to learn how to do it.

I am moving to Florida (Port Saint Lucie or Fort Pierce, still not sure) in less than a month and want to start investing right away so what I'm looking for is to buy a first house to rent as a vacation home. I want to do things one step at a time, but if two steps are needed, I think I can handle it.

My credit and my partner's are in Good condition but we took some advice from the seminar we participated and will start building it up to be excellent. We have no cash at the moment, only our credit.

The reason I didn't enlisted in the Rich Dad program is because I want to learn by myself, without the doubt that what they are saying is actually true.

I hope I can find that knowledge here. Thanks for this website!
