Hi I am new to wholesaling. I was wondering what's a day to day plan anyone goes by.  Example would be how many hours would you spend browsing the net for properties.  How many hours would you estimate doing "driving for dollars". This is in a 8 hour work day.  Like a 9-5, I know this business is 24 hrs. Just looking manage my time and be more effective.  Instead of hours doing one thing and having no results. Also others ways to get leads. Thanks for your help.

I personally make daily and weekly goals. I track every 15 minutes of my day so that I can operate at maximum efficiency without wasting time on activities that won't generate revenues. Time management is key, especially in a competitive market. What I make sure to do every week is send 25 letters to targeted sellers, make 25 phone calls, have two meetings or study sessions pertaining to REI, and make 4 offers.
