As far as the downtown area near Mercer College I thought it would be a good idea to explore student housing, are there any areas for this that you would suggest or avoid?.

Considering how you feel about your job, the less recurring expenses you have, the more opportunities you have to explore other avenues.

I am continuing to explore some other options. 

Lose the fear of exploring Hard Money and other non traditional lending methods to finance deals.

Right now I want to learn as much as possible, meet some new faces, and have been strongly exploring the idea of obtaining my Realtors License.I'm really excited to start my journey and look forward to being engaged with the BiggerPockets community!
