Hello BP family, I’m a new aspiring real estate investor here in the Richmond area. Honestly I’m a few weeks in. I’ve been driving for dollars. I have delinquent tax property list & probate list. I’ve been cold calling them building repor so far so good 😁!!! Happy to be apart of the BP family!!!!
