I do believe the ceiling has been hit with buyers in there as the homes on the market are sitting for long periods of time because nobody is willing to pay the crazy current listing prices.Townhomes are a different storey in WH and are continuing to rise, simply because they are still in that price point sweet spot and people still find them somewhat reasonable.

Do this right.From my experience, a lot of the buildings have 2 x 6 joists in the ceilings (smaller buildings).

I have had to kilz paint ceilings, floors, and sometimes even remove Sheetrock and floors of people who were illegally smoking in units as opposed to people with pets In their units where I have had no issues.
