Eliminating the title will insure this status.Mobile homes, especially the older ones, are not as sturdy as stick built houses so I like to convert them to owner carry contracts after the first ten years or so and let the money keep rolling in for the next 20 years with someone else responsible for the upkeep.As a side note, I accumulated enough money to buy the properties by flipping mobile homes, mostly in parks.

Mobile homes, especially the older ones, are not built as sturdy as stick built homes so I convert them to owner carry contracts after the first ten years, keep the money rolling in for the next 20 years, and let someone else worry about the upkeep.Each to their own as they say but this sure worked wonders for me.Good Investing!
