Newbie from North NJ

[Ray Konboz]

Hi all! 

My name is Ray Konboz and I'm just starting out in real estate. I've been using BP for a while now learning a lot about the real estate industry and it has been truly a blessing to get insight from all the pros on this site.(thanks Josh Dorkin for coming up with this platform!) 

I am currently working in the Morris and Passaic counties. Although I'm only working on my first deal, I'd like to consider myself more of a buy and hold investor. But I'd also love to do some rehabs here and there! Really, my intention is to be able to be a deal engineer and take on any lead that comes my way  :)
