I've spent the last 4.5 hours filling everything in and now it won't let me connect.

It has nothing to do with intimidation.I crunched alot of numbers on that deal and spent a lot of time on it. 

Would that number be <= or > the amount of money you spent doing your tenant's job for them....or,...Look at it this way. 

Individuals have spent their money on fancy cars and pickups,but now they can't afford to go without pay for two weeks?

I spent an hour two nights ago reviewing all my finances and am happy to see that everything is funded correctly.

We determined that it had to convey our desire to help in this time of financial crisis, while also drawing a box around the term and condition of this relief, so that we didn't invite a habitual response. 

I greatly appreciate all the information you provided me and the time you spent answering my question.

I think I spent about $40K without picking up a shovel or hammer (and that was 15 years ago).
