For the books I would recommend Long Distance Real Estate Investing by David Greene, Rich Dad Poor Dar by Robert Kiyosaki and The 10X Rule by Grant Cardone.In general I would make sure you’ve selected which area of real estate investing you would like to focus on and it looks like you chose long distance buy and hold.
