I am just curious to hear others success story in Montclair, NJ with either multi-family or SFH in this area. I've been looking at multi-family homes but numbers just don't seem to work. I would love to hear your success stories and connect with any of you guys!

@Chris Mendoza, SFR and small MFR (2-4 units) aren't going to work in a HCOL area like Montclair. Larger MFR, sure. But expect very low cap rates.
