what basic language is used on a contract you want to assign?

I'd like to qualify that however by saying that there are good areas and bad areas of any city.Two of the rentals that I own are close to Boise State University.

If your offer was submitted on a contract standard for your area, like an MLS contract the assigns language may already be in there.

The universe repays though....I've also met some great people on here.
