What have you gotten out of BiggerPockets?

My questions is two(2) fold. I would like to find out what others are getting out of this Network. And I also would like to profess what I have received.

My story: When I first joined BiggerPockets, I would just lurk in the forums and read. (I love to read!) And I was finding not only GREAT information, but others that were running into the same situations, problems, and issues I was getting myself into. But every time, there were many posts from members offering to assist. Then I posted some information to also help. WOW! This has turned into a site that I visit countless times a day. (My addict award tells this.) I was a huge skeptic about the whole "Social Networking" thing. But boy was I wrong! The more you get involved the more you will get! (Sounds like an ad, but is the truth!)
