I highly recommend finding a successful agent that's active on social media, study their content and determine if it resonates with you. 

Maybe dm a couple people on here to interview them more in depth on their experiences or join some local social media groups to get some opinions there as well.

I have no experience with BatchLeads or using county tax records for contacts, but I think as a new agent you should first focus more on working your sphere of influence and build up your social media presence.
