Who here has experience with BatchLeads? I'm a new agent looking to build my Client base in an effective manor. I'm wondering if its worth the monthly membership price. I've also been advised to look up my county tax records to create a contact list. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Kyle, I am not an agent. However, I have quite a bit experience in building sales pipelines. If I was starting as an agent I would do the following in the first few months.

- Build a brand on social, be active on all channels and become a thought leader when it comes to buying and selling RE

- Go on fiver.com hire a free lancer to pull you a list of people to reach out to. This could be cash buyers (would be a great resource for you), absentee owners, etc etc. Build a contact list in google docs and either call them or invite them to a weekly/ monthly real estate related news letter

- Gather a list of FSBO and ask to list their property. If they say yes great if they say no ask for a referral of anyone they know who may be buying or selling

- Go to RIA's and any meet up you can find to build your network.

-Facebook ads w/ a landing page to gather emails

- tell literally everyone you know your an agent. That is the best way to scale your network.

Hope this helps!
