Ready for a financial shift in my life and REI came to mind
I'm 23F and I have 30 college credits left but I'm not interested or passionate about my degree anymore nor working for the next 40 years of my life so REI is the first thing that came to mind.
For a few years I've been reading about REI here and there but never really put it in action because I still have a lot of questions.
Currently I’m making ~25K/year and I’m $12K in student loan debt and may rack up a little more. Because of this, I’m afraid that I won’t get approved for a mortgage. My goal is to househack a duplex, invest in tax liens, and possibly dab a little in wholesaling until I have enough funds to start aggressively invest in RE.
As a newbie, how much should I start out with? Are there any REI Youtubers or REI people that inspire you that I could follow on social media? What are some books, courses, YouTube videos that got your feet off the ground?
