@Caleb Bryant I am going to have a -open to the public/niche of people I invite- Open discussion meet and greet at Campus 805 most likely, a venue with food and drinks and private rooms where we can come together and talk about the local market, show some of the data and maps I've made to see what kind of projections I've made for the local market and see if anyone disagrees, agrees, or has anything to add. I am all for investing in Huntsville, AL and I want other likeminded people to come hang and openly discuss the attributes our market has that other my or may not have and why. I am only invested in AL and would love to hear from others in other states as well.
