I would bet if you talked to 5 PMs maybe 1 would have that info, but keep in mind that PMs often have clauses that they are the listing agent if the owner decides to sell or sell to a client they procure.

I would say if you don't own, house hacking might be your best bet for your initial investment since you are netting back the money would be burning on rent.

Obviously that is up to personal preference as I know for some people having their own place where they can keep stuff is more important than cash flow.Another nice bonus to investing in areas that are popular here is you don't have to worry about any of this because people on this forum are typically happy to share numbers.
