Hello, does anyone know of a good CPA in the Houston area that is knowledgeable about real estate investing and will actually answer the phone?  I have called several CPAs from Google with no luck.  I would like to find someone before the May 17th deadline.  Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

@Michael Plaks is in Houston, but I wouldn't expect to get filed by 5/17. I know all clients that come to us at this point are getting an extension, and I imagine that is the case with all of the awesome tax pros on BP. At this point, your best bet is to file an extension and then finalize the return in the Summer once the dust has settled.
