Tell it to your wives or friends or like minded individuals but don't kill others dreams because of your perception.

Paying too much coupled with having little or no experience can turn the American dream into a nightmare.

I'm hoping BiggerPockets can help me turn my dream into achievable goals and actions. 

Not to poke your dreams but, you will soon find out that investors are the most complex and have the most slim margins.

But I have very easy to learn new stuff so I do have quite a lot of free time, and my goal/dream right now is to spend that time starting a company in the US and begin to invest in real estate through the company. 

My dream is to be financially free of my primary job for paying expenses by owning properties that generate a cash flow and I think I've found the right community to reach out to.

I agree with Kevin that Killeen is not a flipper's dream market, but I did do an analysis not too long ago on homes that sold twice on the MLS between 5/23/15 and 5/23/16 - obviously, most were flips.

I am open to any and all suggestions or options at this point so much for the American Dream when you make 300k a year and growing and its seemingly impossible to buy a home for my family.

However, my dream is to be back home in sunny side San Diego.
