Angel Contractor

Hi everybody, 

I was reading so many stories about "contractors from Hell" that make me think of what  the definition of  BEST, PERFECT, UNIQUE... contractor should be,  that I named as an "Angel Contractor".

So my question is WHAT makes a perfect contractor? What makes you HAPPY when you work with contractor? WHO is an Angel Contractor?

I know that : time, quality, price, networking... is important but I want to get deeper into it and find all    investors needs. 

I  am currently  starting  my roofing business, and my goal is to be the best investors friendly roofing company. I REALLY want to make the work like investors want, since I also want to invest into real estate.

So my goal is to do the business right way, connect with  rehabbers, provide them the Angel Contractor ( shame on me :))  ). and while making money learn from them.

 SO  lets find all your BP INVESTORS needs.

 I really want ALL your thoughts, opinions, theories, comments, stories etc.
