After trying to reach him all day yesterday (former mortgage contingency date), he finally called me at 7PM with his usual completely unfounded confidence and said that the file should be through U/W by Friday and we’ll close next week.

Then I got the phone call from our company; we are not getting payroll for another 2 months.

I also thought it didn't seem very professional and I doubt would get me to make a call.

I have began incorporating different marketing campaigns such as mailing yellow letters, building websites, squeeze pages, good adwords, etc... and have began to get those calls.

I called my personal real estate agent and they are unlikely going to be able to underwrite the house as its current condition is "below average."

Wussup fellas, im fairly new as well...I'm also from Brooklyn and I've been mailing out letters for a couple of months to owners of properties that look distressed or based off of public record...I've gotten a few calls but they were not motivated...I've never bought a list, maybe that'll be my next move.
