Can I get an FHA loan without 2 years of employment history?
I am 22, recently out of college and have been at my job for about a month. I am interested in purchasing an apartment I would rent out or a duplex which I would live in/rent the other. Within the next month or two I'll have more than enough for an FHA down payment in my area on a property. Is it possible for me to still get one of these loans without the 2 years of employment history?
