Hello BP Community,I need assistance in finding out how I can have a yard sign made showing architectural  layout/builder plans  for a future home site while listing the lot for sale in the Tampa area?

Looking for some ideas of who to contact to make this happen (realtors, builders). 

How to build a cash buyer list for land.........go to any area where theyre developing land and new construction......they will generally have a sign in the yard that denotes whos the builder and their contact info.......take down the info and give em a call....

The builder would have loved for us to back out.

These homes also come with a builders warranty (I believe its 5-10 years or so). 

Actually the founders of the Fortune Builder’s group are part of the same brokerage.Anyways, there are loads of great options out there.

Where with the home builders closing incentives and a little extra cash we were going to be able to buy the rate down to 4.75%.

Builder will be close to completed by that point but not entirely.

My husband and I had just started listening to BP and getting interested in educating ourselves in the space.We were on a day trip to Tahoe and on the way back saw some super bad *** looking construction going on and decided to pull over and check it out (as one does when on a romantic date with their partner lol).We ended up talking directly to the builder and received a private tour of one the only built models on the land.

Out of that 5 issues were already fixed by the builder.
