Serious inquiry Need House Plans and Yard Sign

Hello BP Community,

I need assistance in finding out how I can have a yard sign made showing architectural  layout/builder plans  for a future home site while listing the lot for sale in the Tampa area? Should I reach out to a builder/developer/architect? If you know something about this please let advise.
