The Trump Organization is reportedly trying to sell its flagship Trump Hotel in Washington, D.C., a renovated post office that has become uncannily, suspiciously popular among foreign government visitors since Donald Trump assumed the presidency in 2017.

The real goal is to be able to maintain our current lifestyle without having to work anymore but also be able travel, support our kids, support our parents as they get older, support whatever events or organizations we feel like supporting, etc without having to worry about it. 

In light of your question about what to do with the sales agreement I'd say having a company go through the processes of recorded the deed and organizing all of the relevant documents in the legally appropriate way is prudent AND will simplify your life at a marginal cost.

Even just talking through my list of stressful items with an impartial third party helps me organize my thoughts, get out of an overwhelmed funk, and be more productive.
