Lexington is a very competitive market but great for long term real estate investing. I currently have 58 units here and would love to connect and help in anyway I can. If I were you I would try to leverage your skillset as a contractor to partner with other investors with capital. Reliable and honest contractors are very hard to find so I am sure you could find investors that would love to partner with you.
