I have a condo in Los Angeles (area code 91335)  to lease out.
Would you please recommend some good leasing service companies? Either those that use MLS or those that use any non-MLS platform?
Which gives more and better applicant pool, rentals posted on MLS or rentals posted on non-MLS?
