I just bought my first house from HUD and I'm looking to make around $60,000 on my first deal assuming that everything goes right but that is a year away.Short-term (5 years) goal is to buy my parents house they're looking to retire and I owe them so much for my mindset work ethic.Long-term (20 years) to have enough rentals to where I could justify creating a management company and carpentry company and other supporting businesses.I don't know if he is necessarily the most adapt in my market (I live about 60mils outside DC) but he has his license in four states and he's perceptive and willing to talk to me and teach me

They can teach you at the same time so you can avoid this in the future.For anyone that is a Landlord: mold is one of the most common methods tenants attempt to break their lease or extort you for money.
