Site plan cost for 9 building 60 unit development

Hello,

I’m wondering if anyone knows about what cost I should be paying for this site development.

The land has all surveys done and one conceptual site plan done. We want to change the site plan since we want rowhome style and not condo style. The site is 8 acres and has the road and utilities on it. We would like eight buildings of 7 rowhomes and one building of 4 rowhomes.
