After running multiple scenarios and discussing my end-goals for the investment, we shifted our focus to a vacation home in Breckenridge that could sleep at least 12 people (the more people a home can sleep, the more money nightly rent your can charge).

(I work 3rd shift so I can go do things like that if necessary)I think for the average person it’s just a mistake to think you’ll ever reach the level that you can have businesses or enough real estate, or whatever that you won’t need to at least spend some amount of time in your business.

I definitely want to see what I can swing with current conditions, a pre-approval and the timeline we have, but instead of looking at renting being a negative, I need to shift and think of it as a bridge to better things.
