In that case selling would ultimately get you more cash flow.If this is a deal you are  not likely to repeat easily then you may want to keep it and have the equity that you may be able to leverage with a credit line.Pat of the decision also depends on whether you own this free and clear or if there is already financing against this property.

You may also want to talk to a newer agent - they have more time to give clients because (like you) they're still getting their business going and you may be able to get further discounts as a repeat client.

You just repeat this strategy a few times and you will become wealthyIt may take a couple of properties to "buy right" but if you do, then you will become financially free and investors will be lining up at your door to investIt took me a while to understand the concept but fully embrace it.
