Hey how's it going? I'm Erick I'm from Raleigh NC. I recently bought my first house in December of 2014. I have two roommates that rent rooms from me. 

I am currently using the income from my full time job to save up for my next house. I plan on fully renting my current house (instead of just the rooms to roomies) and living in the new house until I can repeat the process with my third house.

I look forward to sharing my real estate investing stories with you guys, and I can't wait to hear what I can learn from the people on Bigger Pockets
