@Aidan McBrideIt sounds like you are already working with an attorney who can assist with the details but a few things to keep in mind are:- Setting up escrow accounts for security deposits and sending them the receipt for first month's rent, last month's rent and/or security deposit- Pet addendum, if applicable- Do a walkthrough and fill out a statement of condition upon move-inThese forms are available through the Massachusetts Association of Realtors.
