Are there recommendations for property management companies that I can engage to be the primary for my rental property in Evanston, IL . How much do they charge and what kind of services do they provide?

@Mark Ainley is my go to recommendation for property management. He will either cover that area or know the right person to talk to.

A full service PM will take care of leasing, maintenance, collections, and will do all reporting for you. It costs money though, so a lot of building owners have to decide if that is where they want to spend their money so they can get their time back.
