First Time Landlord - Disclosures?

Hello, I am closing on a home with a an attached accessory unit. I will be living in one of the units. There was an older woman of the previous owner who was living in the other unit and she was not on a lease. She will be signing a two year lease that I worked with an attorney to put together. It is a very straightforward lease.

Now that the lease is done, what else is required? So far it looks like a lead-paint disclosure and security deposit disclosure. What else do I need to disclose and where do I get those disclosure documents? Anything else that i am a required to do?
