Property Manager - Gainesville, FL

Hello BP world,

I'm a fairly experienced investor that has recently moved from Pensacola, FL to Gainesville, FL and am building the team to buy and rehab some rentals. One important piece of the puzzle is a property manager. In the past I've managed a few of my rentals myself and placed a few with a property manager. To this day I still love that property manager and would love to find one in Gainesville to start off with. I'm likely going to be buying SFRs from $50k-$200k.

Any recommendations?
