I have just joined BiggerPockets today and i could really use your help. i have read multiple books about property investing but i wish to take my education further, is there any free online courses available so i can take my learning to the next level.

I haven't been able to confirm that online but if that is the case I think that will be the way to go.And agree on security as well but the wired system recommended by a member here will need at least some direction from an electrician-- which we are already in queue for.

The LP should reference the Case No. its associated with and since most counties in Fl have the Civil Action case files on line you would be able to pull it up and review the litigation to figure out what it's about.

They'll send you all the books you'll need along with online videos, you watch the videos while reading the books, highlight and tab what they tell you to.

If you don't know typical Cap Rate, I'd encourage you to pause on your online bid.FWIW, I never believe anyone that says it is 100% occupied and NOI, by definition, should include taxes and insurance.
