New to This - Fix & Flip Advice

Taliyah Ware
Posted

I’m in the Dallas area. I have a career in engineering/construction management. I have been researching and very interested in fix & flips. I mostly have knowledge in heavy civil and no residential work. I have a few interesting leads but I have no team to hit the ground with. I would love a partner who I can work side-by-side with as I learn more and until I can lead the PM side of the project. Where should I start to get the ball rolling?

@Taliyah Ware attend local networking events. It's important to meet people and start talking Real Estate. It's easy to type it or read about it online but going out and meeting people and listening to their experiences, will get you fired up. Best wishes
