Hello Everyone!

I've visited BiggerPockets many times over the years but after getting my real estate license a couple months ago, I finally decided to become a member! I'm excited to start this new chapter of my life.

I'm hoping to find a duplex or triplex in the next year here in Austin, TX so I can house hack for a bit while I get my real estate and investing businesses going. After that, the goal is to buy some rentals and maybe a do a flip at a time if the right opportunities present themselves.

Austin seems to be a great place for short term rentals so I'll definitely be looking in to that option. Luckily, BP just came out with a new book on the subject, so I'll be picking that up soon!

Looking forward to this journey and making some connections along the way.

We have properties available for you to fix & flip. I'm located in NC, but I also have business in NC, TX, SC & GA. We get an occasional duplex or quadplex, they are normally good deals. Our buyers pay 12% interest and 3.75 points to you as an investor.

Are you going to be investing with Ira/401K money, cash, or other people's money? If you are using your own money you can start quicker and earn money quicker.
