Hello all!

Is anyone else frustrated with all the different hosts on main BP podcast?  

Whenever I come across these type situations and if I still want to do the deal I have the borrower sell the property to me for the loan amount and allow him to buyback the property if all payments are made and the “loan” is paid off.  

I'm not wanting to sound condescending at all, however if this is your first time doing a sub-to there's a lot to learn about. 

It all starts with the lease, that's what start the expectations.

Then it was suddenly frozen one morning and, after an email to the address zillow provided, a voice message to the appropriate phone number, and a form filled out with exactly all the information they request, we get no response for almost a full business day.  

Also, I think a newer building would make my life as a landlord a lot easier since I don't have much experience and wouldn't have to worry as much about stuff breaking down all the time.
